Refund policy

Returns
If you don't love your purchase from Creative Geek Studio, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on sale items or gift cards. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mailman@creativegeekstudio.shop.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at mailman@creativegeekstudio.shop

NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
