Shipping policy

 

All orders are packaged and shipped out from our headquarters in Elkhart Lake, WI. 

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days (that's Monday - Friday) from when the order was placed; unless otherwise specified. During the holidays or other times of high order volume, some orders may take 3-5 business days to process. 

You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.

U.S. packages generally take 2-9 business days to arrive after shipping.
